The Process

Preparation

  • We will review your information and how your currently viewed online.
  • We will contact you directly and schedule a FREE consultation at your location or ours.  Phone consultations are also available.
  • We will complete a full business assessment addressing your needs, wants, and must haves.
  • After our meeting and assessment are complete we will design the scope of your project.  I will also send you a invoice of the project for deposit.

Buildout

  • After we receive the signed agreement and deposit, we will create an initial mock-up of your site.  We will go through 2 rounds of edits on this stage to make sure we are accurately representing your business vision.
  • After your approval we will design the rest of the website.  We will do 2 additional rounds of final edits correcting 'typos' last minute corrections, etc.
  • Once the website is complete, We will send you an invoice for the final deposit.
  • Finally! Go-Live'  The most exciting step of any project, where we get to show your new website to the world.
  • The Best part yet!  We do not just leave you high and dry...  As new employees, staff, products arrive we do all the heavy lifting by updating your website at no additional cost to you.  This allows you to do what you do best while we do what we do best.
